1. General Terms

2. Account Registration

4.2 Withdrawals

Sports Betting typically carries a 10x–20x wagering requirement, while casino games generally require 20x–35x.

• Bets placed below the specified minimum odds will not count toward wagering (typically 1.50 or 1.75)

• Multiple bonus offers generally cannot be combined at the same time

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The first deposit must be ৳500 or more to qualify. A 20x wagering requirement applies, and the bonus is valid for 30 days. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

6. Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed on vd89, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. Always double-check all details before placing your bet — the team, odds, and stake amount. In Live Betting, odds change rapidly; the odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed are final.

4. Cheating or attempting to manipulate game outcomes using software
5. Depositing through money laundering or funds from illegal sources
6. Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
7. Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Vd89 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of prohibited activity is found
• KYC verification details do not match the information provided
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)
• At the user's own request
• When self-exclusion is activated under the Responsible Gaming policy

If there is a valid balance, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw before the account is closed, unless the funds have been confiscated due to prohibited activity. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of up to ৳200 per month.
